Membership Agreement for Freedom Train International
Commencement of Agreement
This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance by agreeing to the privacy policy.
Membership Terms
- Payment Details:
- The first month’s membership fees are collected from you by us via Direct Debit on or around the date specified when membership is taken out. These fees are not refundable under any circumstances except as detailed in the Money Back Guarantee below.
- Your second Direct Debit for monthly membership fees will be collected 1 month after you joined on the date selected.
- Subsequent Direct Debits for monthly membership fees will be collected monthly thereafter. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Membership:
- Freedom Train International membership is not refundable.
- Membership fees contribute to the continuous growth of Freedom Train International.
- Funds are allocated to future initiatives.
Termination
- You may terminate your membership at any point by emailing contact@freedomtrainInternational.com.
- Please allow 30 days’ notice for your membership to be cancelled.
- We will confirm in writing once your membership is cancelled. Please then contact your bank to cancel your Direct Debit.
- If you decide to terminate your membership, your membership will remain in force until 30 days after your notice has been given.
Money Back Guarantee
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your membership.
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
